Mentorship Program

Washington ASID Chapter Mentorship Program

Program Overview

The Washington ASID Chapter Mentorship Program fosters professional development by connecting students, recent graduates, and emerging designers with experienced industry professionals. This program operates on a rolling basis, allowing participants to sign up throughout the year, ensuring flexible and timely mentorship opportunities.

Program Structure

Continuous Enrollment:

Participants can sign up for the mentorship program at any time during the year. Mentees and mentors will be matched as interest arises, allowing for a dynamic and responsive mentorship experience. Participants will be asked to fill out a short questionnaire about their interests, design expertise, and goals. Program duration is 6 months minimum commitment.

Personalized Matches:

Once you register, mentees will be paired with mentors based on shared interests, design specializations, and professional goals. This tailored approach ensures meaningful connections that promote growth and learning.
